We require a Qualified Occupational Health Nurse (would consider someone with experience provided they have extensive knowledge of Complex Case Management). A large proportion of the role will be case management with the addition of responding to health concerns relating to Preplacement questionnaires.
The system they use is Orchid Live; ideally, the candidate will have experience, if not have knowledge of other occupational health systems. The role at present will be up until the end of June but could potentially last into July as it is covering sickness. You will work 2 – 3 days a week, working 08:00 – 16:00 each of those days; the role is fully remote.
There will be a ½ day induction on systems and reporting, then in the afternoon, they would expect them to be working on their case load.
