Minerva Virtual Academy (MVA) is a remote, Df E-accredited online independent school for students aged 11 to 18.

This role focuses on pupil welfare, attendance monitoring, and safeguarding, coordinating with families, local authorities, and the Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure every student’s needs are met and risks are escalated where appropriate.

Daily duties include liaising with Heads of Year, reviewing attendance data, and supporting Dual‑Enrolment or CME cases.
