Role overview
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Support professional to ensure smooth stock management, fulfilment, and logistical coordination across our Marketing and Sales activities. This role suits someone highly organised, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stock levels of marketing, promotional, and merchandising materials
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock flow
- Prepare and dispatch orders for retailers, Brand Ambassadors, influencers, and events
- Source and procure marketing products, POS assets, and event-related materials
- Provide promoters with the necessary stock and POS for in‑store activities
- Coordinate logistics for trade fairs, PR activations, and event kits
- Oversee compliance and batch management for reworks and kitting
- Monitor stock accuracy, discrepancies, and logistics‑related costs
- Maintain accurate data and records in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Support internal teams by resolving operational or fulfilment issues promptly
Requirements and skills
- 1–3 years in marketing operations, logistics, supply chain support, or a similar role
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for stock tracking and reporting
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with 3PLs or distribution partners is beneficial
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a plus
