Role Overview

We\’re looking for a Marketing Operations Support professional to ensure smooth stock management, fulfilment, and logistical coordination across our Marketing and Sales activities. This role suits someone highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Operations

• Manage stock levels of marketing, promotional, and merchandising materials.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock flow.
• Prepare and dispatch orders for retailers, Brand Ambassadors, influencers, and events.
• Source and procure marketing products, POS assets, and event-related materials.

Promoter & Event Support

• Provide promoters with the necessary stock and POS for in-store activities.
• Coordinate logistics for trade fairs, PR activations, and event kits.
• Oversee compliance and batch management for reworks and kitting.

Reporting & Administration

• Monitor stock accuracy, discrepancies, and logistics-related costs.
• Maintain accurate data and records in ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Support internal teams by resolving operational or fulfilment issues promptly.

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years in marketing operations, logistics, supply chain support, or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for stock tracking and reporting.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with 3PLs or distribution partners is beneficial.
• Interest in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
