We are looking for a Senior Financial R&D Consultant to join a fast-growing, mission-driven team that helps innovative UK companies access the funding they need to bring their ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising clients on R&D tax legislation and its financial implications
- Preparing compliant, accurate financial aspects of R&D claims in collaboration with C-suite executives and technical leads
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service on time
- Supporting the Enquiry Defence team on HMRC compliance checks for new and existing clients
- Attending regular meetings, contributing to process improvements, and delivering creative solutions to clients
What You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in R&D tax consultancy
- Strong understanding of UK R&D Tax Credits law, including CIRD and BIS guidelines
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet deadlines under pressure
- A keen analytical mind and interest in innovation and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills
