Location: Hybrid / Office-based (details on application)

Hours: 37 hours per week Mon–Thu 9:00–5:30 | Fri early finish

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing professional services business operating within the Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Junior Account Manager to develop long-term client relationships, manage contracts, and support account growth within a regulated environment. This role suits someone confident with clients, highly organised, and keen to build a career in account management, client services, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
  • Own client contracts including renewals, compliance and service delivery
  • Build strong, professional relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or products
  • Manage and coordinate projects across internal teams
  • Prepare and present MI reports, performance updates and forecasts
  • Support client-facing events, webinars and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and account documentation
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Support onboarding and training of new colleagues

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organisation and project management ability
  • Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Understanding of client contracts and service agreements

Desirable Experience

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in account management or client services
  • Experience managing contract renewals
  • Exposure to mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
