Administration Support Colchester | £24,000 per annum | 🕒 Full-Time (36.5 hours, Mon-Fri) An opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Sales Administration Support professional to join a growing team.  Key Responsibilities: Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional responses Investigate and resolve order issues to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records using CRM  Support the External Sales Team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and documentation Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and share customer feedbackSkills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within a sales environment Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure A proactive and team-oriented mindsetWhat’s on Offer: Competitive salary and company bonus scheme Career development opportunities within a supportive team environment Full training and onboarding to ensure success in the role A collaborative workplace culture where contributions are valued
