Are you an experienced relationship-builder who thrives in a client-facing, partnership-led role? This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and commercially aware Business Partnerships & Engagement Manager to join a growing professional services business. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with benefit providers, corporate partners, and strategic introducers across services including Wills, LPAs, and Mortgage offerings. This isn’t a hard-sales or commission-driven environment — it’s a senior engagement position suited to someone who builds trust, strengthens long-term partnerships, and drives opportunities through proactive communication and intelligent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership & Relationship Management
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with benefit providers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for key benefit providers, ensuring clear communication and strong alignment.
- Provide partners with up-to-date materials, training, and information to support service promotion.
- Maintain consistent touchpoints through regular meetings, reviews, and check-ins.
- Outreach & Follow-Up
- Lead outreach and follow-up activity after events, referrals, introductions, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all contacts and leads from industry events (e.g., REBA, Employee Benefits Live) are logged, tracked, and nurtured.
- Draft and manage high-quality follow-up emails and outreach sequences.
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and coordinate effective next steps.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate CRM record to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Support corporate clients during onboarding and implementation across all services.
- Ensure timelines, expectations, and communications are managed professionally.
- Identify challenges early and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth launch.
- Coordinate with Account Managers on launch planning, webinars, and roadshows.
- Business Development & Growth Enablement
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Nurture warm leads and interest generated through events, referrals, and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and deeper client engagement.
- Provide market insight to support product development and marketing strategy.
- Account Management & Client Success
- Conduct partnership and account reviews to ensure satisfaction and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to strengthen relationships.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure clients receive an outstanding service experience.
- Produce reports and analysis on outreach, engagement, and partnership activity.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to support campaigns and shared objectives.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on partnership health, pipeline progress, and upcoming opportunities.
- Contribute ideas, insights, and outcomes during internal meetings.
