About the Service:Minerva Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a residential service that provides support to young adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism. The service offers a homely environment where the focus is on continuous encouragement, education, and stimulation. The aim is to help individuals experience a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle, with personal growth and development at the core of the support provided.

Key Responsibilities:Support with personal care and daily living activities, fostering independence and confidence.Empower individuals by supporting their choices, involvement in daily tasks, and development of life skills.Work alongside permanent staff to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.Assist with the preparation and serving of meals.Facilitate and participate in a wide range of activities, such as swimming, cinema, theatre, outdoor pursuits, forest school, shopping, social outings (e.g., visits to the pub), and holidays.

Requirements:Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle (due to the rural location, there is no bus route or reliable taxi service available).Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.Available to work a range of shifts, including:o 10am – 10pmo 8am – 8pmo 9am – 9pmo 1pm – 9pmo 2pm

10pmA minimum of 6 months of care experience, preferably with adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism.Ideally, a DBS on the update service.Ideally, in date with and has copies of mandatory training certificates.
