About the Role
As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the daily operations, ensuring person-centred care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with empathy. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and compliance with CQC regulations while supporting and supervising a team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage weekly care rotas to ensure continuity of care
- Conduct client assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
- Supervise and mentor care staff, providing ongoing support and training
- Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Participate in the on-call rota as required to cover sickness or emergency cover
Must-Haves
- Experience in a similar Senior Coordinator or Scheduling role in domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
