The Role:
As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you\’ll be responsible for operating aClass 2 refuse vehicleand assisting withloading dutieswhen required. Youll work across residential areas in Uttlesford/Dunmow, helping keep the community clean and tidy.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am- 15:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate Class 2 refuse vehicles (dustcarts)
- Collect household, recycling, and garden waste
- Assist with loading duties as required
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete paperwork
- Dispose of collected waste at designated sites
Requirements:
- ValidClass 2 (HGV II)Licence
- Driver CPC
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR)
