The role:
You’ll advise clients on:
- Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate planning and inheritance tax considerations
- Drafting and amending Wills and LPAs within agreed SLAs
- Preparing and submitting LPAs, including OPG registrations
You’ll manage your own caseload, build trusted client relationships, and work closely with internal legal and operational teams.
