Minerva Nursing is seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our Central London dispensary team.
You will lead daily dispensary operations, supervise Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants, and ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medicines.
ACPT qualified, GPh C registered, with at least 3 years hospital experience and 2 years in a supervisory role, you will implement SOPs, manage stock and governance, and mentor staff on rotations and continuous improvement.
