Minerva Nursing seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist (Locum) in London.
This role covers inpatient wards with medicines management, clinical advice and support for multidisciplinary teams.
You will deliver a hospital pharmacy service across multiple specialties including renal, urology, orthopaedic and more, ensuring safe, effective, and economical medicines use. 28 hours weekly, Monday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00, Band 7 equivalent.
