Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join and enjoy being part of the Leeds offices continued success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of projects across varying market sectors delivering Electrical Building Services solutions from inception / feasibility through to detailed and provision of fully-coordinated design information and contract documentation for site installation.
Person Specification:
A proven dynamic individual whose skills and experience will include:
~ Undertaking of feasibility studies.
~ Undertaking of building dilapidation surveys and preparation of associated reports.
~ Preparation of calculations and applying for utility connections.
~ Production of concept design development.
~ Understand the requirements of Building Regulations Part L and BREEAM.
~ Undertaking Sub-Contractor design drawing and technical submission reviews.
~ Undertaking site quality and legislative inspections and preparation of associated reports.
In return you will be joining a Consultancy dedicated to providing high quality Building Services Engineering solutions to a range of blue chip Clients on a variety of impressive project types and complexity.
