Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technologist/Senior Technician to join the Architectural team of this busy Practice based in attractive studios on the outskirts of Huddersfield.
Leading a small team part of other project teams you will be working alongside colleagues of varying levels of experience involved on a range of projects of varying size and complexity in the low and high rise Residential sector for both Private and Public sector Clients.
Person Specification:
Candidates will possess:
~ Sound AutoCAD skills, Revit desirable but not essential
~ Team management experience
~ Experience of working in the Residential sector with an emphasis on high rise buildings
~ Conversant with current Building and Planning regulations
~ Great communication skills both oral and written
~ Be a team player
