Job Description: An Associate with an Electrical Building Services background is being sought by this rapidly growing consultancy to play a key role in supporting the Directors in developing their new Leeds office. You will be involved with managing high M&E value, technically complex schemes within the retail sector, commercial developments and high quality residential projects. Part of your role will also see you being involved with the recruitment of staff, day to day management of a design team and client liaison.

Person Specification: Presently working as a Principal Engineer or Associate within the building services industry this role could be the ideal opportunity for you to move up to the next career stage at an exciting time within this company's development. Our client is looking for people who can demonstrate drive and ambition backed up with solid engineering expertise. You should have a minimum of HNC level qualifications and be confident in leading project teams on both mechanical and electrical design aspects. Membership of the CIBSE is desirable as is Chartership, but not essential. Of greater importance is your ability to deliver projects, learn new skills and your desire to progress your own career through contributing to the success of this growing practice.
