Job Description: An extremely reputable Housing Developer requires an Architectural Technical Co-ordinator for their West Yorkshire offices. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, experienced team made up of Technical, Commercial, and Construction professionals delivering housing developments to the region's communities.
Brief details on role and responsibilities include:
- Managing external Consultants
- Assisting and liaising with the wider delivery team including Commercial and Construction
- Carrying out weekly site visits to support the site teams in delivery to build programme
- Assisting in resolution of any on-site technical issues
- Production of key plans and documents
Person Specification: Candidates sought will have proven residential/housing experience gained from either working for another Housing Developer or in Private Practice working for an Architectural Practice engaged as Sub Consultants to Developers. This is a great opportunity if working in "Practice" to cross over to the Client side and enjoy more involvement in the complete cycle as well as realising improved earnings potential.
