Born in the mid 90's and based in the heart of West Yorkshire, this small independent Building Services Consultancy offers expertise in feasibility, design and surveying for projects such as healthcare, retail, leisure and commercial. They have a nice dynamic to the team which has created a very nice culture to work within.
A Lead BIM Coordinator is required to oversee a small team of technicians to work on several Mechanical and Electrical projects within the building services industry. Typical projects include but are not limited to healthcare, hospitals, retail outlets and commercial schemes.
Candidates must have solid experience working in the building services engineering industry in a design environment and have a demonstrable understanding of building services installations.
Person Specification
If you are currently working for a Building Services Consultancy in the UK as a Revit Technician or have recently finished a contract, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
Day to day duties will include:
- Setting up templates, agreeing standards and methodologies.
- Using Revit and AutoCAD to complete building services drawing work.
It is essential that you are a Building Services orientated Revit user when applying for this role, as our client is not looking to recruit someone with Architectural or civil/structural engineering expertise. You will be qualified to HND level in an engineering discipline and must have significant experience of using Revit Structure software in the design office, in relation to building structures projects.
