A Housing Developer with ambition as it continues to establish itself in Yorkshire as a bespoke builder of quality homes. Based in West Yorkshire, they are going from strength to strength as more sites are earmarked in the region with excellence achieved through innovation, craftsmanship and the best materials, all of which are always at the core of their developments.
An experienced Design Manager is sought by this boutique Residential Developer to join their team in West Yorkshire. Duties will involve working with the design team taking redline development plans through the pre-construction process including layouts, feasibility studies and initial planning applications, leading to coordination tasks when developments are on site.
Candidates for this opportunity will come from an Architectural background and will have worked in the residential sector either as an Architectural Technician/Technologist in Private Practice or for another Housing Developer in a similar or coordination type role. This Client is a Regional Developer but applications are welcomed from Candidates working for the larger PLC's who may want to work on fewer smaller developments concentrating on quality not so much quantity with quality.
