An excellent opportunity exists for a Technical Coordinator to join this reputable Developer. Ideally from an Architectural background, Architectural Technologist or Technician, you will have gained proven experience in the Residential sector either working for another Housing Developer or in Private Practice.
Your duties will include:
- Providing technical support to the Technical team and internal departments, including Design, Engineering, Commercial and Site teams, throughout the Construction stage.
- Manage relationships with external Consultants to ensure the flow of information within agreed timescales and on schedule with programmes of work.
- Ensuring design information produced is issued to the relevant internal and external departments in accordance with programmes on developments.
- Controlling the submission of Building Regulations and Warranty applications, including Discharge of Conditions.
- Providing the Sales and Marketing team with drawing specification information and support, to ensure the correct literature is available for communication with customers.
- Co-ordination and appointment of Utilities providers, including designs, quotes and any required agreements.
Person Specification: Ideal Candidates will possess the following skill sets and natural traits:
- A relevant professional qualification or broad experience in a technical environment such as Architecture, Engineering or Planning.
- Excellent numerical, literacy and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of gaining approvals with NHBC, LABC and SBD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
