Job Description:
A Senior Infrastructure Technician is required to join a busy team involved with highways and drainage design for Clients across the UK. Working in support of and under guidance of senior design staff you will assist in preparing design specifications for S38 and S278 projects.
This will involve assisting in producing design drawings through the use of AutoCAD.
Person Specification:
Candidates for this role will be HNC/HND qualified in Civil Engineering and will have gained previous experience of highways and drainage design working to UK standards.
You will be familiar with S38 and S278 procedures and will be a competent user of AutoCAD software. Any experience of specialist drainage packages would be an advantage – PDS, Civils 3D or MicroDrainage.
It is important that you can work well within a team environment and have the confidence to actively contribute to providing design solutions.
You will need to be able to work under minimal supervision and should have a positive outlook on further training and development of your technical skills.
