Job Description:

Our client requires a Development Coordinator to join their Leeds office.

The role of the Development Coordinator will involve directing architectural design, layout planning and specification, whilst working with the Development and Operations teams and liaising with external Architects, Engineers, specialist consultants and site teams to ensure the delivery of quality, innovative and efficient design solutions.

Person Specification:

This role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years industry experience, either from an Architectural Technologist / Technician background with Residential / Housing experience, or possibly someone already working in a similar role within a Housebuilding / Contractor organisation (e.g. Development Manager, Design Manager, Technical Manager, Architectural Coordinator etc).
