Based out of attractive offices in a picturesque rural setting near Huddersfield, our Client is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor and Senior Building Surveyor to join their established multi-disciplinary team which specialises in the low and high rise housing sector for Public and Private Sector organisations.
Your roles will involve:
- Carrying out property surveys
- Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
- Site inspections and attending site meetings
- Contract administration including quality management, cost control and design co-ordination
The team you will be joining consists of professionals of all levels of experience made up of:
- Building Surveyors
- Project Managers
- Quantity Surveyors
- Architectural Technicians
- Clerks of Works
Person Specification: Sought after candidates will possess:
- 4+ years relevant Practice experience
- Industry recognised degree and ideally Chartership i.e. RICS/MCIOB
- Client facing confidence and skills
- Full UK driving licence as role will require travel to sites
