About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers with mobile equipment maintenance experience to join our CSI Hazelmere Workshop team for current and future opportunities. These are full‑time, Perth‑based workshop roles, offering consistent work in a well‑equipped facility. You’ll have the opportunity to further develop your skills through hands‑on experience and on‑site training, while building your career both on the tools and into leadership pathways. This opportunity also welcomes individuals that are open to overtime and fly‑in fly‑out ad hoc projects.

- Local role – be home every night
- Monday to Friday roster, 11.58 hours per day with optional overtime and site work available

Key Responsibilities
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings (critical skill beyond standard boilermaker/welder qualifications)
- Experience in mobile equipment refurbishments e.g. buckets, rigid dump truck trays, booms, and sticks
- Proficient in welding with inner shield
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Flexible and versatile attitude
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team
What Is Required
- Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification
- Current Driver’s License
- HRWL (highly desirable)
- White Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Testing (desirable)
- Demonstrate First Attack Firefight Equipment (desirable)
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- Ability to meet pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
