About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Field Service Boilermakers with strong mobile equipment maintenance skills and 3G/4G welding capability to join our CSI Field Services Division, based out of our Hazelmere Workshop, for current and upcoming opportunities. These are full‑time, roaming roles working across both our internal and external operations on a dynamic roster. There will also be opportunities to work from our well‑equipped, premier Hazelmere facility, a four‑hectare workshop in Perth’s eastern suburbs specialising in the design, manufacture, repair, and refurbishment of mobile mining equipment and heavy machinery attachments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings (critical skill beyond standard boilermaker/welder qualifications)
  • Experience in mobile equipment refurbishments e.g. buckets, rigid dump truck trays, booms and sticks
  • Proficient in welding with inner shield
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety
  • Flexible and versatile attitude
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team

What is required

  • Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification
  • Current Drivers License
  • HRWL (highly desirable)
  • White Card
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Demonstrate First Attack Firefight Equipment (desirable)
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • Ability to meet pre‑employment medical and drug testing requirements
