Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer(Hybrid)
Your Role
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Mineo, you’ll be part of a dynamic team working to enhance our AI-powered platform.
You will contribute to developing intelligent features, solving complex challenges, and refining algorithms that improve talent matching and streamline recruitment for businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our global AWS services and infrastructure while assisting in the deployment and roll‑out of new features and products.
- Participate in an on‐call rotation and troubleshoot application and service issues or system outages while clearly communicating status updates with management and engineering teams.
- Subscribe to the Dev Ops mentality and the philosophy of automating everything.
- Build and implement CI/CD solutions in an AWS environment with Jenkins / Argo CD at the center, and automate the code delivery pipeline with the goal of one‑click deployments, rollbacks, and parameterized builds.
- Work with the development team to cross‑pollinate SRE/Dev Ops processes and ensure that new architectures are drawn up with operability, stability and scalability in mind.
- Serve as a key member of the SRE team while managing the overall system health, performance, and capacity of Cloud9 internal and client‑facing systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands‑on experience with AWS (e. g. EC2, EKS, Aurora My SQL, S3, Dynamo DB, Lambda, etc).
- Experience with Containers and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (e. g. Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience in Unix/Linux administration and scripting (e. g. Bash, Python).
- Experience with logging/monitoring (e. g. Data Dog, Splunk).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with CI/CD with Git Hub/Jenkins/Argo CD.
- Networking experience.
- ITIL knowledge.
