We are a global events organization that creates and sells advertising to Blue-Chip clients over the telephone, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. As part of our expanding team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing crucial first contact with potential clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Tasks Research: Ability to research potential clients, identify key board level decision makers, find telephone numbers. Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture business relationships with major potential clients over the telephone. Collaboration: Work closely with the project director to represent our global events. Market Development: Contribute to the growth and expansion of our presence in the DACH region. CRM: Use company CRM to update leads and prospects daily. Training: Receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in your role. Requirements Fluent in German and English. Interest in events, advertising, sales, and marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals. Basic Responsibilities Minimum 100 calls per day. Minimum 2 Β½ hours per day on the telephone. Minimum 5-8 pitches per day. Working hours vary by project. Minimum 8 hours per day. Research and maintain at least 100 active leads in company CRM. Report to and provide the Project Director with a minimum of 2-3 qualified call backs per day. Benefits This position begins as a short trial, with the possibility of transitioning to a flexible full-time role after a successful one-month review. We pay an excellent commission and bonus structure commensurate with experience and performance. Additional terms are negotiable based on your experience.
