All our roles make a positive impact on the lives of others, the purpose of this role is to:
Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the South Down area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.
What we ask for from you:
- Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- Or demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another community or care setting.
- To be willing to work flexibly which may include days & evenings and participate in the on call rota.
- NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role.
