About the Opportunity: SMBs across recruitment, marketing, construction, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services are looking for smarter ways to manage IT without inflating overheads. That's where we step in.

As a Microsoft reseller, we don't just sell licenses — we deliver bundled solutions that combine Microsoft SaaS license packs (including Microsoft 365 and other curated bundles) with offshore based security managed services. This approach gives SMBs a secure, compliance‐ready IT backbone, plus day‐to‐day support at a fraction of local costs.

We're now scaling in the UK and seeking sales professionals on a commission‐based model who can open doors, build trust, and close high‐value deals. Each successful deal contributes to recurring monthly earnings, with uncapped potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell/Renew Microsoft 365 license packs and security managed services as a unified package.
  • Target UK SMBs (25–150 employees) in operations‐intensive industries.
  • Present ROI through cost‐effective licensing combined with offshore IT/security delivery.
  • Close deals with a minimum 25‐seat commitment per customer.
  • Work autonomously while being supported with decks, case studies, demo access, and team backup.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced in selling Microsoft SaaS licenses or managed services.
  • Proven track record with operations‐intensive businesses (construction, logistics, manufacturing, financial services).
  • Ability to simplify technical solutions for non‐technical buyers (operations, finance, HR).
  • Strong UK networks and ability to build new business relationships independently.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — independent, proactive, and results‐driven.

The Deal:

  • Commission‐based compensation, uncapped and recurring.
  • Potential to earn £1,000+ per month, based on new business closed, with recurring commissions paid monthly for 12 months.
  • Minimum deal size: 25 seats.
  • Fast sales cycle — ROI story is strong, deals close quickly.
  • Remote, flexible, uncapped — your income is performance‐linked.
  • This role is structured outside IR35 and requires applicants to be able to invoice as VAT‐registered freelancers/contractors.
