About The Role

This position will be mentored directly by Vishen Lakhiani. This is not a standard marketing job. This is a founder apprenticeship designed for someone who is equal parts operator, creator, AI-builder, and rapid executor. You will work directly with Vishen Lakhiani, helping architect new ventures, prototype AI‑powered products, innovate Mindvalley funnels, and build scalable growth engines across Mindvalley’s innovation ecosystem. The role sits inside the Mindvalley Innovation Team, where we experiment with ideas outside the traditional Mindvalley model — new apps, new experiences, new events, new products, and new business lines. You’ll be building fast, launching fast, thinking fast, and learning fast. If you’re exceptional, hungry, emotionally grounded, spiritually open, and capable of shipping working prototypes in days (not weeks), this role becomes a CEO‑track position for the new startups we launch together.

Your First 90 Days

You Will

• Master and innovate Mindvalley’s growth funnels
• Own the performance funnel for the Mindvalley Membership App
• Design new funnel architectures and test new conversion paths
• Improve CAC, activation, engagement, and retention
• Run rapid A/B experiments using data, AI, and creativity
• Build functional AI prototypes using Claude Code
• Create working MVPs for apps, internal tools, and new startup ideas
• Build custom GPTs, agents, and automation flows
• Integrate Airtable, Make.com/N8N, Zapier, and API‑driven workflows
• Rapidly iterate until we reach a working v1 we can test with users
• Architect high‑impact marketing campaigns for new Mindvalley launches
• Plan go‑to‑market strategies for new products, conferences, events, and innovation pilots
• Design and test acquisition campaigns, landing pages, and viral loops
• Extract insights fast and scale the ideas that work

How You’ll Work With Vishen

• All communication is through WhatsApp text
• Weekly deep‑dive strategy sessions
• Monthly in‑person 3–4 hour meeting in London
• Travel with Vishen at least once per year (e.g., MVU or Summit)
• Operate using OODA loops, rapid iteration, and bias for fast execution
• Replace PowerPoints with prototypes and experiments

You will be personally mentored — in AI, funnels, innovation, energetic mastery, and the spiritual/intuitive frameworks behind Mindvalley’s success.

What You’ll Learn (and Get Paid To Study)

You will attend all Mindvalley Masteries as part of your training. Expect ~6 hours/week of paid learning — becoming fluent in the same wisdom that shapes our founders, authors, and educators. This is professional + spiritual + entrepreneurial development at the highest level.

Core Responsibilities

Growth & Funnel Innovation

• Own acquisition → activation → engagement funnels for Innovation projects
• Build landing pages, positioning, hooks, and conversion flows
• Run fast experiments on messaging, creative, and offer structure
• Improve CAC/LTV and funnel efficiency using data + AI

AI‑Driven Marketing & Automation

• Use AI for personalization, segmentation, creative testing, and optimization
• Build automated workflows to increase campaign velocity
• Deploy Claude Code, GPT‑based automations, and custom AI tools

Founder‑Led Launches

• Work directly with Vishen to turn raw ideas into market‑ready launches
• Build concepts → prototypes → GTM rollouts
• Iterate rapidly based on user data and founder feedback

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work with Mindvalley’s global team of 230+ experts
• Collaborate with Creative, Data, Product, Engineering, and Content
• Bring empathy, clarity, and high‑quality coordination into every team interaction

Reporting & Insights

• Analyze funnel performance and identify scale opportunities
• Translate data into actionable decisions
• Share learnings quickly and transparently

Who You Are (non‑negotiables)

AI & Technical Skills

• Skilled in Claude Code or equivalent LLM coding tools
• Able to build custom GPTs and AI agents
• Proficient in Make.com/N8N, Zapier, Airtable, API tools
• “Byte‑coder” mindset — fast systems builder, not a traditional engineer

Marketing & Growth Skills

• Performance marketing execution
• Funnel design + CRO
• Growth hacking + viral strategy
• Launch strategy & creative experiments

Emotional & Spiritual Fitness

• Emotionally regulated
• Zero ego — you respect everyone, from engineers to interns
• Meditation practice strongly preferred
• Able to work with high‑frequency founders without burning out

Founder DNA

• Ideally a former founder or operator who built something real
• Thrives in ambiguity
• Loves rapid experimentation
• Speaks both product and marketing
• Can challenge Vishen respectfully and think independently
• Comfortable shaping chaos into structure

• Based in London or able to meet monthly
• Willing to travel occasionally
