MINDTHEGAP is looking for a commercially sharp, creatively aligned Sales Manager to lead our global sales function across B2B and B2C channels. From interior designers and showrooms to online customers and concept stores, you’ll shape the full commercial journey of our products—from the story to sale. This is a pivotal role, blending strategy and heart, ideal for someone who can drive results while honoring the character of a bold design brand.

What you’ll do

  • B2B Focus
    • Lead and manage wholesale, trade, and contract sales globally
    • Grow key accounts: showrooms, retailers, distributors, architects, and design studios
    • Support Area Sales Managers and agents with strategy, tools, and training
    • Represent the brand at major trade shows and design events
  • B2C Focus
    • Oversee and grow DTC sales performance (in collaboration with digital + eComm teams)
    • Partner with marketing to develop data-driven campaigns that convert
    • Monitor commercial KPIs, forecast sales performance, and report regularly
    • Maintain pricing integrity and margin goals across markets
    • Work closely with product, logistics, and brand teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership—across B2B and/or B2C luxury, interiors, or lifestyle sectors
  • You’re as comfortable in CRM dashboards as you are in a designer showroom
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for customer experience
  • Results-driven, analytical, and able to lead cross-functional conversations
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
