Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences? We are looking for a Partner Portal Support Specialist to join a dynamic global team.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Be a brand ambassador for client to partners.
  • First line of support and effective triage for incoming partner requests and troubleshooting.
  • Partner Portal Administration.
  • Partner Onboarding and provisioning.
  • Trial and Demo order processing.
  • Case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner portal support inquiries.
  • Manage partner onboarding, provisioning, and profile enablement.
  • Support login credential setup and troubleshooting.
  • Process trial and demo requests to help partners showcase products successfully.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Manage support cases and maintain service level commitments.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through adherence to processes and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
