WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Be a brand ambassador for client to partners.
- First line of support and effective triage for incoming partner requests and troubleshooting.
- Partner Portal Administration.
- Partner Onboarding and provisioning.
- Trial and Demo order processing.
- Case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for partner portal support inquiries.
- Manage partner onboarding, provisioning, and profile enablement.
- Support login credential setup and troubleshooting.
- Process trial and demo requests to help partners showcase products successfully.
