About the position
A unique opportunity to join Mindspaceâs event activity and have a meaningful impact in shaping a new business within Mindspace UK. In this position, you will collaborate with multiple teams within the organization and with external vendors to sell, plan and deliver corporate events. - Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals and KPIs.
- Manage event enquiries from proposal to contract, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Partner with Community and Operations teams to deliver successful events.
- Proactively generate new leads and partnerships through outreach and relationship building.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers to maximise profitability.
- Events & Marketing
- Plan and execute a strategic calendar of events that attract prospects and enhance member experience.
- Partner with Marketing to create promotional content and campaigns that boost event visibility and lead generation.
- Represent Mindspace at industry and networking events to build brand awareness.
- Maintain strong vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality execution and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Market & Competitor Insights
- Conduct regular market research to track trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Develop local partnerships and share market knowledge to identify new opportunities.
- Leverage insights to refine pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Community Engagement & Support
- Build meaningful relationships with office members to help foster a vibrant, connected community.
- Support Community teams with onboarding, feedback, and event initiatives.
- Collaborate on internal communications to keep members informed and engaged.
What Youâll Bring
- 3+ yearsâ experience in event management, ideally within coworking or hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience delivering successful and engaging events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities - comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
