About The Position
This full‑time position is based in London and requires traveling to various Mindspace sites and reporting to the General Manager of London. You will be responsible for expanding and deepening our relationships with existing clients, as well as successfully converting new leads. Owning all aspects of the pre‑sales and sales of our spaces, as well as customer success, retention, and upsell, you’ll play a key role in our sales efforts through the qualification of leads and deal‑closing.
Responsibilities
- Qualify SMB leads - convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound)
- Understand customer needs, ensuring that the provided solution matches their expectations across all areas - functional, service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.
- Provide a suitable proposal offer (Office+AR), based on Mindspace guidelines
- Follow up with the customer, maintaining a consistent, open channel
- Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve smooth onboarding
- Owning and developing broker relationships across London
- Driving revenue through broker‑led opportunities and channel partnerships
- Regular engagement with brokers (meetings, tours, events, relationship building)
- Proactively unlocking new broker and channel partner relationships
- Positioning Mindspace as a top‑of‑mind option across the broker network
- Using the broker channel as a key source of lead generation
- Analyze and optimize sales targets (Office+AR) for each SMB customer
- Identify new customer needs and challenges as they arise, and forecast future expansion
