Why Mindspace?

At Mindspace, we're redefining what the workplace can be.

Founded in 2014, Mindspace has grown into one of the world's leading premium flexible workspace providers, operating nearly 50 locations across Europe, the US, and Israel.

More than beautifully designed workspaces, we are a hospitality-driven company built around exceptional service, inspiring environments, and vibrant communities.

Our success has been built by ambitious people who care deeply about creating remarkable customer experiences, developing outstanding teams, and constantly raising the bar.

As we continue to grow profitably and expand our global footprint, we're looking for leaders who want to shape the future of work — not simply manage it.

Why This Role?

This is a senior regional leadership role with full responsibility for Mindspace’s business across the UK and the Netherlands.

As General Manager - Western Europe, you will lead the performance, growth and continued development of both markets, with end-to-end responsibility across Sales, Operations, Community, Member Experience, people and P&L.

You will own the commercial and operational performance of our locations across the UK and the Netherlands, drive sustainable growth and profitability, develop high-performing local leaders and teams, and ensure that every Mindspace delivers the premium experience our members expect.

Working closely with our European and global leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping Mindspace’s strategy and future growth across both markets, while ensuring strong local execution and alignment across the region.

  • What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Own the overall P&L across the UK and the Netherlands, driving sustainable revenue growth, occupancy, profitability and operational performance.
  • Lead the business across both markets, spanning Sales, Operations, Community and Member Experience, ensuring strong alignment across locations, functions and teams.
  • Drive commercial performance across the region, including sales pipeline, occupancy growth, enterprise opportunities, retention and expansion.
  • Lead, develop and inspire high-performing local leaders and teams, creating a culture of accountability, ownership and exceptional service.
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistently high hospitality and member experience standards across all locations in both markets.
  • Own regional forecasting, budgets, KPIs and performance reviews, using data and market insights to drive decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, landlords, partners and other strategic stakeholders across the UK and the Netherlands.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, market expansion and future locations across both markets.
  • Partner closely with Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, HR and other global functions to execute Mindspace’s growth strategy across Western Europe.
  • Represent the UK and the Netherlands within Mindspace’s broader leadership organization, ensuring strong alignment between local execution and global strategy.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends across both markets to identify new commercial opportunities and strengthen Mindspace’s position.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of relevant leadership experience, including significant responsibility for a business, market or multi-market region.
  • Proven full P&L ownership and a strong track record of profitable growth.
  • Strong commercial leadership background with meaningful Sales and revenue responsibility.
  • Experience leading multi-site operations and multidisciplinary teams, ideally across more than one market.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop senior managers and build high-performing organizations.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting and KPI management.
  • Experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, real estate, lifestyle or another customer-facing multi-location business is highly valuable.
  • Experience operating within an international/global organization and managing across different markets and cultures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and/or Dutch business environment, with experience across Western European markets highly valuable.
  • Excellent English.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between the UK and the Netherlands.

Who You Are

You are a business leader and regional owner at heart.

You think commercially, understand operations deeply and know that the best results come from combining strong teams, disciplined execution and an exceptional customer experience.

You are comfortable owning a multi-market P&L and making strategic decisions, but you also stay close to the business, the teams and the customers.

You know how to lead through local leaders while remaining hands-on when needed.

You move quickly, take accountability and know how to translate global strategy into strong local execution — while recognizing that different markets require different approaches.
