Join Mindset Media Group, an international business publishing company working with CEOs and leading organisations across Africa, Europe, Oceania and Asia. Our publications tell the stories behind some of the world's most innovative businesses while connecting them with trusted suppliers through strategic advertising partnerships.
This position begins on a self-employed commission-only basis, giving you unlimited earning potential from day one. Based on our current sales performance, a realistic first-year on-target earnings (OTE) is £25,000–£35,000+, with uncapped earning potential for high performers. Unlike many commission-only roles, our long-term vision is to transition the right individual into a permanent salaried position as the business continues to grow.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just another sales job. We want someone who is ambitious, driven and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a business that’s only just getting started.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Speaking with businesses across the UK and internationally.
- Introducing companies to advertising opportunities within our publications.
- Building relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Managing opportunities from initial conversation through to completion.
- Working closely with our editorial and design teams.
- Contributing ideas as Mindset Media Group continues to expand.
What We’re Looking For:
- You don’t need years of sales experience.
- We’re far more interested in attitude, confidence and work ethic than your CV.
- You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Confident speaking with people.
- Ambitious and target-driven.
- Self‑motivated and organised.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Professional and eager to learn.
- Looking for a genuine long‑term opportunity rather than just another job.
Previous experience in sales or business development would be beneficial but is not essential. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn above all else, and full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Earnings:
Your commission rate is based on your total monthly collected revenue. Once you reach a new commission level, that percentage applies to all revenue you’ve generated that month, not just the amount above the threshold.
- Up to £7,499 – 25%
- £7,500 – £14,999 – 30% on all monthly revenue
- £15,000 – £24,999 – 35% on all monthly revenue
- £25,000+ – 40% on all monthly revenue
Fast Payment Bonus: Receive an additional 3% commission when your client pays their invoice within 7 days of signing. This bonus is paid on top of your standard commission, rewarding you for securing prompt payment from your clients.
What You’ll Receive:
- Uncapped earning potential.
- A transparent commission structure that rewards high performance.
- Full onboarding and sales training.
- Daily mentoring and support from the company's founder.
- A professional office environment in Norwich.
- The opportunity to work with businesses across multiple international markets.
- Genuine career progression as the company continues to grow.
- The opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried position as the business expands.
Why Mindset Media Group? We’re still at the beginning of our journey. That means you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, help shape the business and grow alongside it. You’ll work directly with the founder, gain exposure to international businesses, and have the chance to become one of the first permanent employees of a company with ambitious global plans. If you’re looking for a role where your effort directly influences your earnings, your development and your future career, we’d love to hear from you.
