Mindset Lab is seeking two Year 11 Academic Coaches to join our online, freelance program. You will coach GCSE students, focus on improving results by applying executive function strategies, motivation and wellbeing, with a flexible schedule.
Ideal candidates are qualified secondary teachers (QTS) with a track record of boosting student performance, comfortable engaging with families, and able to start with 5–10 hours per week, growing with our programme.
