We are looking for a Product Manager who is customer-obsessed and detail-oriented, passionate about working closely with design and engineering teams to make them successful.
Our platform is building a future AI workforce, enabling companies to create AI agents that automates important workplace tasks, makes content searchable, provides instant answers, and integrates into tools like Slack, Teams, and any other existing technologies.
We will be expanding into other markets, but for now, we’re focused on L&D companies. We’re committed to nailing product-market fit by solving the same problem for the same type of customer repeatedly.

About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will support with defining the product outcomes based on the company\’s strategic bets and will be responsible for delivering on those product outcomes. You will be the advocate of customer problems and crucially, ensure the developers & designers have what they need to succeed day-to-day.
Responsibilities
Customer Needs, Problems Understanding & Roadmap
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather feedback, analyse product data, and review support tickets to understand customer needs.
- Ensure we are investing into the right opportunities and avoid waste, based on the company’s target product outcomes and strategic bets.
- Ensure the product roadmap is going to achieve those product bets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure we have the correct level of information to make confident investments in the product.
- Work closely with design to test ideas through prototypes, customer testing, or feedback when necessary so to reduce risks in wasted product investments.
Team Support, Backlog, Programme Management & Release Management
- Manage fast-paced, sometimes complex programmes with defined outputs and timelines, ensuring the product meets business needs and user expectations.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed epics and user stories, enabling the team to ideate and execute consistently.
- Own and prioritise the day-to-day product backlog, ensuring continuous progression of stories through design and development while balancing customer needs with business objectives.
- Inspire and lead the team to deliver high-quality, consistent results efficiently.
Supporting Product Marketing, Customer Success & Key Stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing to communicate the why, value, and customer impact of product changes for launches.
- Support customer success on product-related queries and issues when needed.
- Oversee the product lifecycle and communicate progress to stakeholders on deadlines, performance, wins and issues.
Essential Skills
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong focus on customers and the engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 4+ years as a product manager, or similar role, ideally in SaaS.
- Programme Management: A strong track record of managing complex, fast-paced projects with defined outputs and deadlines.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge or background, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and help make them successful.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for solving real customer problems, understanding needs and validating assumptions to reduce waste.
- AI Interests: You should have a real interest in Generative AI.
- Constraint Remover: Passionate about identifying constraints or blockers and removing them quickly.
- Attention to Detail: A methodical approach to problem-solving, identifying edge cases and ensuring we avoid wasting resources.
- Agile Experience: Good experience with Agile frameworks and backlog management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
