To support our growth, we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong new business instincts and a solid track record in permanent recruitment.
- Grow your own portfolio through new business development and warm leads
- Deliver on retained or contingent mandates depending on the sector
- Use a mix of proactive headhunting, CV sourcing and job board attraction
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and delivery.
Profile
- Minimum 2β3 years' experience in perm recruitment, ideally within:
- Sales / Business Development / Commercial
