Grow your own portfolio through new business development and warm leads
Deliver on retained or contingent mandates depending on the sector
Use a mix of proactive headhunting, CV sourcing and job board attraction
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and delivery
Profil
Minimum 2β3 years\β experience in perm recruitment, ideally within:
Medical & Healthcare
Sales / Business Development / Commercial
HR & Talent Acquisition
Consulting or Rec2Rec
A strong appetite for developing new clients and growing accounts
Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
Proactive, structured, and client-focused
Fluent English and/or French
