Our client, a well -established care provider in the Reading area, is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their CQC -registered services. Missions & Key Responsibilities<\/b>

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day -to -day leadership and quality of the service, with responsibilities including:

- Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver consistently high standards of person -centred care.
<\/li> - Ensuring the service meets and maintains CQC compliance, driving continuous improvement across all areas.
<\/li> - Overseeing care and support planning, ensuring individual needs and goals are met.
<\/li> - Managing staff recruitment, training, supervision and performance development.
<\/li> - Carrying out regular audits, quality checks and reporting to senior management.
<\/li> - Building strong working relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
<\/li> - Overseeing safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and respect.
<\/li> - Participating in on -call arrangements as part of a supportive management structure.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>Essential:<\/p>Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager, or strong deputy -level experience ready to step up.<\/li>Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.<\/li>Solid working knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.<\/li>Full UK driving licence (preferred).<\/li><\/ul>Desirable:<\/p>Experience within learning disability, autism, mental health or supported living services.<\/li>A track record of achieving or improving CQC ratings.<\/li><\/ul>See yourself in this role and feeling ready to level up?
