You will develop relationships with private healthcare and adult social care providers across the UK, manage recruitment assignments from start to finish and supervise our existing Junior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, who is fully bilingual in English and French.

  • Managing the full recruitment process, from client briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building long‑term relationships with care groups, independent providers and multisite operators.
  • Recruiting management, clinical leadership and operational professionals.
  • Advising clients on salaries, candidate availability and market conditions.
  • Managing, coaching and supporting a Junior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant.
  • Contributing to the growth and visibility of Mind Search Medical in the UK.

Typical assignments may include

  • CQC Registered Managers
  • Care Home and Nursing Home Managers

  • Supported Living Managers
  • Clinical Leads and Nurse Managers
  • Regional, Area and Operations Managers
  • Quality and Compliance Managers
  • Profil

You will be an experienced agency recruiter with a strong background in permanent healthcare or adult social care recruitment.

You will ideally have

  • A proven track record in permanent healthcare or care sector recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK private healthcare or adult social care market.
  • Experience developing new client relationships and generating recruitment revenue.
  • Strong business development, account management and candidate sourcing skills.
  • The confidence to engage with business owners, senior operational leaders and HR professionals.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially focused approach.

French‑speaking skills would be an advantage, particularly when working alongside our existing activity in France, but they are not essential.

*Please note that applications will only be considered from candidates with proven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment agency and specialising in healthcare recruitment.

  • A basic salary of
  • £40,000–£50,000

, depending on experience.

Uncapped commission and performance‑related incentives.

  • Hybrid working, with one or two days per week from home.
  • An office based in Hammersmith, West London.
  • You will manage and mentor our bilingual Junior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, who will work closely with you and support you with candidate sourcing and recruitment delivery across your assignments.
  • Access to best‑in‑class recruitment technology

Our AI‑enabled tools support sourcing, screening and candidate follow‑up, which means less admin, faster shortlists and more time spent where it matters most: with clients and candidates.

  • Significant autonomy to develop the UK market.
