As Registered Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the service's day -to -day excellence and long -term direction:

- Taking full ownership of quality, compliance and outcomes - with the autonomy to run things your way.

<\/li> - Championing CQC excellence, aiming for and sustaining Outstanding -level practice.

<\/li> - Leading on recruitment, supervision and performance management across the staff team.
<\/li> - Driving a robust audit, governance and continuous improvement cycle, with clear reporting to senior leadership.
