Your Role – Sourcing & Recruitment
You will play a key role in growing our recruitment activity in the French-speaking market, working on both sales and healthcare profiles.
You will:
- Source and engage candidates with a sales background, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Identify and connect with healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, etc.).
- Use job boards, social networks, and direct approaches to attract top talent.
- Build strong candidate relationships by understanding their career goals.
- Conduct interviews and present the best profiles to clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, approach, and qualify candidates in sales and healthcare.
- Candidate Management: Support candidates throughout the process and provide guidance.
- Market Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends to advise clients and candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with consultants to ensure successful placements.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, sourcing, or market research.
- Organization: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
