Your Role – Sourcing & Recruitment

You will play a key role in growing our recruitment activity in the French-speaking market, working on both sales and healthcare profiles.

You will:

  • Source and engage candidates with a sales background, from entry-level to senior positions.
  • Identify and connect with healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, etc.).
  • Use job boards, social networks, and direct approaches to attract top talent.
  • Build strong candidate relationships by understanding their career goals.
  • Conduct interviews and present the best profiles to clients.

Your Responsibilities
