Mind Search is a boutique executive search firm seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong new business instincts and a solid track record in permanent recruitment.

You will grow your own desk through new business development and warm leads, delivering on retained or contingent mandates across sectors.

You will use proactive headhunting, CV sourcing and job board attraction while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and delivery.
