Since 2014, we’ve been connecting top talent with leading companies across the UK and Europe, and now we need a sales-focused professional to strengthen our client base.
Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect & Develop New Clients – Identify and engage potential clients across London and the UK through mass email campaigns, warm calls, and cold calls.
- Meet & Pitch – Arrange and attend face-to-face or video meetings with key decision-makers to promote our recruitment services.
- Drive Sales Through Talent – Push top candidate CVs to potential clients, creating interest and facilitating placements.
- Build Strong Relationships – Develop long-term client partnerships and become a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Manage Your Pipeline – Log all sales activity in our CRM system to ensure a smooth sales process and follow-up.
- Negotiate & Close Deals – Secure recruitment agreements with new clients and drive revenue growth.
Profile
- A Sales-Driven Mindset – Ability to generate a high volume of daily calls (50-60 calls/day) and drive client interest.
- Multi-Tasking Skills – Comfortable handling emails, calls, and sales admin tasks efficiently.
- Lead Generation & Appointment Setting – Ability to secure meetings with decision-makers and present our services persuasively.
- Proven Sales Experience – 2-4 years in new business sales or recruitment, ideally with key account clients.
