Our Implementation Specialists bridge the gap between product capabilities and real-world business outcomes, ensuring rapid onboarding, adoption, and ROI for clients across finance, healthcare, and professional services.
- Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of cloud-based Saa S platforms for UK-based clients—from discovery and scoping through go‑live and handoff.
- Configure system settings, data models, user roles, and automation workflows to align with client business processes.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and validate functionality during UAT.
- Train end-users and internal stakeholders on platform features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Document implementation plans, configurations, and post‑go‑live support playbooks for knowledge transfer and scalability.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve blockers and ensure smooth client transitions.
