About The Role
GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in Coding, you\’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects.
Design prompt variations and evaluation cases to surface edge behaviors, failure modes, and performance regressions.
Collaborate with engineers to align prompts with project constraints, APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
Iterate on prompt strategies using test results and human feedback to improve reliability and reduce hallucinations.
Document prompt patterns, expected outputs, and known limitations to support reuse and handoffs.

Requirements
Bachelor\’s or Master\’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields.
3+ years of professional experience, excellent command of Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler).
Confident use of Git and standard Linux CLI tools.
Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Deep understanding of testing principles and test‑driven development (TDD); strong skills in debugging, profiling, and code optimization.
Level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
Desirable
Contributions to open‑source Ruby projects (pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking).
Experience working with large monorepositories or major open‑source projects.
Experience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
